Living in an ICT-Society

It is more than known that nowadays nothing works without the support of the so called Information and Communication Technologies. Thank to the new technologies, the digital era plays an important role in our society.

As ICT also is having a deep impact on the routine of everyday life at school, we as teachers have to be opened to new ways of learning and teaching in order to transmit knowledge, skills and competences according to the demands of a modern society in the 21^th century.

For reasons mentioned above, the never ending wish of a personal and professional forthcoming in terms of ICT, I decided to take the opportunity to attend a course like “L' Anglès i les TIC per a l'alumnat del segle XXI” (Inca). The purpose of attending this course is mainly to apply new tools and ressources for my English and German classes in order to make them more attractive.

 

Last but not least it has to be said that for this course, I hope for motivation, innovation and improvement as I consider that these keywords are the basic columns of having success in life – success that I personally also wish for my pupils.
